How will I know if Counselling is right for me?
At our initial assesment we will discuss what you would like out of therapy.
It is important for you to feel safe with me, the inital meeting will help to determine this and discuss how we can work towards reaching your goals, this will give us the opportunity to discuss the most effective way we can work together.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions are usually weekly and last for 50 minutes. Once we have agreed a time I will be committed in the space set aside for you.
What does it cost?
I charge £45.00 per session.
